Branding
Powerpoint Template for MediaValet
Summary
As part of MediaValet’s rebrand, the Sales team needed a new template for their Request for Proposal (RFP). The RFP we reviewed for this project was built in PowerPoint. The original RFP was created in Word but was transferred to PowerPoint. As RFPs are used to compare MediaValet to its competitors, we wanted to stand out by making this piece visually beautiful and well-designed. For this reason, we continued to keep the RFP in PowerPoint.
As part of the process, we reviewed and dissected the outdated RFP and interviewed a few Account Executives to get a better understanding of how it’s being used and what we needed to do to enhance the experience of using it. Once we gathered all the information we needed, the design team did our brainstorming in Figma. Then, I carried the final designs from Figma over to PowerPoint and created a brand new “Master Theme” for it. I reviewed the newest version of the RFP with the Account Executives and then implemented any additional feedback to it. Here’s the final RFP.
